Available Positions
Bartender
Join an exciting new business in Omaha – The Fōwling Warehouse! Fōwling is a mash-up between football and bowling. Our 50,000 sqft. indoor activity & event center is a place where you will enjoy serving happy customers having fun!
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule – 21 hours/week
Friday & Saturday 5 p.m. – Midnight,
Sunday Noon – 7 p.m.
Additional on-call as needed for private events which includes bonus pay
Salary: $3-6 per hour
Additional Pay: Tips
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and serve drinks for our customers in a timely manner
- Upselling drinks to maximize profits
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keep bars stocked, bar equipment and working areas clean
- Become knowledgeable and efficient with the POS system and all other applications
- Ensure all areas of the bars are cleaned and sanitized, maintaining health code standards
Qualifications
- Must be a minimum age of 19 to serve alcohol in Nebraska
Physical Demands
The Fōwling Warehouse is equipped with two bars. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 20-30 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 35 pounds.

Customer Service Lane Attendant

Saturday 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Salary: $19 per hour
Additional Pay: Tips
Your responsibilities will include:
- Walking customers to their assigned Fowling lanes & verbally explaining the rules and regulations of Fowling.
- Preparing our two private customer lounges by stocking with appropriate beverages and cleaning if necessary
- Providing excellent customer service
- Approaching customers on Fowling lanes, taking drink orders and inputting into POS
- Upselling drinks to maximize profits
- Gathering drink orders from the bar and delivering to the appropriate Fōwling lane
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge areas, walkways, tables, and the Fōwling lanes. Throws away cups, cans, changes trash bags, operates floor cleaning equipment, sweeps, and mops throughout the facility.
- Become knowledgeable and efficient with the POS system and all other applications
- Performs other duties as assigned

Front Desk Associate
- Greet and check in guests quickly and confidently
- Assign Fowling lanes efficiently and manage waitlists accurately
- Clearly communicate pricing, policies, time limits, and safety rules
- Handle guest concerns with calm authority
- Coordinate group flow with bartenders and management
- Become an expert in the point-of-sale and reservation software system
- Maintain detailed and accurate event notes
- Enforce rules and safety policies professionally and assertively
- Ensure all guests complete waivers prior to play
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and presentable
- Remains calm under pressure
- Does not get flustered by lines, noise, or multiple demands
- Communicates clearly and assertively
- Maintains confident body language and eye contact
- Can say “no” professionally when necessary
- Takes control of chaotic moments
- Enforces policies without hesitation
- Thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Saturday: Noon-6pm or 6pm-11pm
- Sunday: Noon-6pm
- Additional on-call shifts for private events (includes bonus pay)

- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Answer inbound phone calls
- Respond to email inquiries accurately and promptly
- Book group events using the point-of-sale system
- Process payments
- Greet guests upon entry
- Check in customers using the POS system
- Scan and verify IDs
- Issue wristbands
- Direct guests to their assigned Fowling lane
- Perform other duties as assigned
